Job Description
We're looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Albury boutique working approximately 18 hours per fortnight (Monday, Thursday & Friday shift each week). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and styling advice
* Processing deliveries and maintaining an organised stockroom
* Assisting with online order fulfilment and click-and-collect orders
* Supporting visual merchandising to showcase our collections and brand standards
* Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
* Working collaboratively with your team to achieve boutique goals
* Bringing our values of Customers, Community, Fashion and Lifestyle to life every day

About the Candidate
* A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections
* Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading during peak season
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
