Job Description
We want someone who enjoys getting to know people, remembers our regulars, understands what they want and makes every customer feel welcome.
Whether you're making someone's morning coffee, serving customers in the bottleshop, restocking shelves or keeping the store presentable, we expect you to take pride in what you do.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days are exactly the same.
You'll be working across our café and bottleshop, serving customers, operating the register, preparing coffees and food where trained, filling shelves, restocking fridges, maintaining cleanliness and helping the team keep everything running smoothly.
We're not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every minute.
We want someone who can recognise what needs doing, take initiative and follow through.
If you see an empty shelf, you fill it.
If a customer needs help, you step in.
If the store needs cleaning, you don't wait to be asked.
If there's an opportunity to improve something, you speak up and help make it happen.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
