We are looking to expand our Aged Care Services team and welcome EOIs from people with experience or strong interest in roles such as:
* Community Support Workers
* Domestic Assistants
* Service Support Officers
* Rostering Coordinators
* Care Partners
* Community Transport Drivers and Coordinators
About the Opportunity
By joining our talent pool, you may be considered for upcoming vacancies across a range of aged care programs, including Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), and other community-based services.
About the Candidate
* A passion for supporting older people to achieve their goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in aged care, community services, disability or related fields (or a willingness to learn)
* An understanding of person-centred practice, wellness and reablement, and consumer-directed care
* The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Relevant qualifications or a commitment to undertake training
