Job Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant at Star Phones, you will be part of a fast-paced retail environment where customer service, sales and product knowledge are at the heart of what we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Promoting and selling mobile accessories including phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables and power banks
* Assisting customers with basic mobile phone repairs and services
* Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service
* Identifying customer needs and confidently recommending suitable products
* Working towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs
* Maintaining excellent store presentation and product displays
* Working closely with the team to create a positive shopping experience
* Building product knowledge and keeping up with the latest mobile technology

Star Phones is a well-established mobile accessories and phone repair retailer with 55+ stores across Australia. We are growing our team and looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores across Melbourne, VIC.

Work Environment
* Competitive hourly pay of $27.81-$35.00 per hour
* Monthly performance bonuses of $1,000-$1,500 based on performance
