About the Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at RAAF Base Wagga, Forest Hill. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence., * Proven experience in hospitality management or food and beverage leadership
* Strong computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office programs
* Strong people management, coaching and development skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management
* Experience with rostering, workforce planning and operational management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
