Position Description
* Take overall responsibility for daily venue operations across food, beverage, gaming, accommodation and entertainment
* Lead, coach and develop a diverse hospitality team while setting clear expectations and accountability
* Manage budgets, labour, revenue, costs and overall venue profitability
* Oversee gaming, TAB, liquor licensing and compliance requirements
* Manage rosters, staffing levels, KPIs and operational performance
* Drive service standards, customer experience and community engagement
* Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and business opportunities
* Maintain a visible, hands-on presence across the venue, including late-night operations

About the Candidate
* Previous General Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
* Background managing a high-volume food, beverage, gaming and accommodation venue
* Strong late-night trading experience
* Proven financial, commercial and people-management capability
* Experience managing gaming, TAB, liquor licensing and regulatory compliance
* RSA, Advanced RCG, TAB compliance, Advanced Licensing certificates essential
* Flexibility to work across weekends and evenings as required
* Commercially minded, hands-on, and confident working with ownership and senior management
