We are currently seeking applications for a Vintage Winemaker to join our team for the 2026 Vintage, commencing early January and concluding late April to early May 2026.
As a Vintage Winemaker, you will be actively involved in all aspects of vintage winemaking, including:
Grading and allocation of fruit and wines
Fermentation management
Coordinating and programming cellar operations
Liaising with cellar staff to ensure smooth workflow
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking
Minimum of 3 years’ winemaking experience, ideally in large-scale winery operations
Proven ability to manage and lead large teams
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and planning abilities, including proficiency with computer systems
Effective presentation and communication skills
Practical understanding of large winery operations
Desirable Skills:
Experience with EZY-Wine software
Background in fast-paced commercial table wine production
Additional Requirements:
Own reliable transport
Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
