Looking for a fast-paced seasonal role where coordination and communication are key?Join our 2026 vintage team in Yenda and play a vital role in supporting the harvest and receival of wine grapes into the winery. We’re seeking a Vintage Fruit Scheduling Officer to assist the Grape Intake Scheduler in coordinating daily harvest logistics. This role involves communicating with growers, contract harvesters, and winery departments, while managing time-critical data and documentation to ensure smooth scheduling operations. As a Vintage Fruit Scheduling Officer, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting the scheduling of grape harvest and receival Communicating daily with growers, harvesters, and winery teams Generating and maintaining accurate data and documentation Working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment What you’ll need: Previous office experience is essential Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar systems Excellent organisational and communication skills Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy team environment Reliable transport Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2026) At least 18 years old by 31 January 2026 What’s in it for you?
